following:
- Software simulated quad-buffering flipping
- Left / Right stereoscopic buffer with corresponding left/right geometry
(viewport distance & camera distance)
- Monoscopic direct or indirect view flipping
- Threaded buffer flipping
- On-the-fly switch between monoscopic / stereoscopic view
- DirectX support
- Main 3D rendering context adaptation for stereoscopic view
